MGH, ranked 1st by US News, is the oldest and largest teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School and has the largest hospital based research program in the country. During my tenure, MGH grew to $2.3 billion in revenues, over 20,000 employees, and over 900 inpatient beds.
Senior administrator with bottom line responsibility for clinical care, teaching, and research for MGH Cancer and Women’s Programs (hospital and faculty).

Achieved Cancer Center patient satisfaction scores at the 95th percentile.

Grew cancer net revenues 92 percent in 5 years. Grew cancer net margin 169 percent in 5 years. Achieved this growth while competing and collaborating with Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
Strategic
■
Led Cancer Program strategic planning process for each of twelve disease areas.

Improved US News cancer center ranking from 26th to 7th and women’s program ranking to 5th.
Philanthropy
■
Worked with physicians and development office to create MGH Cancer fundraising program. Successfully launched $350 M campaign.
